Shipping

How long will my order take?
11–17 business days in total — 3–5 business days to process your order and 8–12 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where do orders ship from?
Directly from our manufacturing partner's warehouse in China. We do not hold stock in the United States. This is the honest reason delivery is measured in weeks rather than days.

What does shipping cost?
$7.95 flat per order, or free once your order reaches $60.00. The $60.00 is measured after any discount code is applied.

Which states do you ship to?
The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes. P.O. Box orders are sent by USPS, since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Will I pay customs or duty when it arrives?
No. Import duties are already included in the price you paid.

When is the daily cut-off?
6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday. Orders after that start processing the next business day.

Sizing and fit

What inseam should I pick?
Inseam is the length of the leg from the crotch seam to the hem, and it is the main thing that changes how a pair of trunks looks and feels.

3–5 inch — short, retro, sits well above the knee. Pool and sunbathing.
5.5–7 inch — the middle ground most men are comfortable in. Mid-thigh.
9 inch — just above the knee. The most conservative everyday length.
11–13 inch — at or below the knee. Classic board short.

What is the difference between a compression liner, a mesh liner and no liner?
A compression liner is a snug knit short sewn inside; it holds everything in place and stops chafing on long days. A mesh liner is a loose net brief, lighter and more breathable. No liner means you wear your own swim brief or nothing underneath. Most product pages state which one a pair has; if one does not, email us and we will check with our manufacturing partner.

Do these run true to size?
We have not been selling long enough to have our own return data. What we do know: our manufacturing partner's sizing tends to run smaller than US high-street sizing, so if you are between sizes, size up. Read the Size & Inseam Guide and compare against a pair of shorts you already own. If the fit is wrong, the return is free.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have?
30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Do I pay for return shipping?
No. We email you a prepaid label. There is also no restocking fee.

Do I get the $7.95 delivery charge back?
Not on a change-of-mind return. If the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you are refunded in full including delivery.

What condition does it need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, never worn in water, tags attached and the hygienic liner strip still in place. Please try trunks on over your own underwear.

How fast is the refund?
We issue it within 5–7 business days of our returns partner receiving your parcel. Your bank then takes a further 3–10 business days to post it.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.

Where do returns go?
Our U.S. returns partner's facility at 4850 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 — not to China.

Orders and payment

Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us your order number.

What payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout. See Payment Methods. We never see or store your full card number.

What currency are prices in?
US dollars (USD).

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when the parcel leaves the warehouse. It can take 3–5 business days for the first scan to appear.
