Payment Methods

What we accept

We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. The exact list of methods available to you is shown on the payment step of checkout — that list is authoritative, and it is the one you should go by.

Your card details never reach us

Payments are handled by our payment processor on a secure, encrypted checkout page. Cheer Marketz never sees, receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last four digits for reference.

When you are charged

Your card is charged when you place the order. If we later cancel the order — because an item is unavailable, for example — we refund you in full to the same card.

Currency

All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own foreign transaction fee. That fee is your bank's, not ours.

Taxes and duties

Import duties are already included in the price. You will not be billed anything extra on delivery. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

What appears on your statement

Your statement will show a descriptor for our business rather than the words “Cheer Marketz” in every case. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us with the amount and date before disputing it — we will identify it for you the same working day.

If a payment fails

A declined payment is almost always the bank, not the site. Check that the billing address you entered matches the address your bank has on file, and that the card is enabled for online purchases. If it still fails, try a different card or contact your bank. We cannot see why your bank declined a transaction.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — we cannot send a refund to a different card or account. Timings are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
