This website is operated by PORTER FULFILLMENT LLC (“Cheer Marketz”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and provide a valid delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@cheermarketz.com with your order number.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Import duties are included in the price shown. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed.

4. Delivery

Orders ship from our manufacturing partner's warehouse in China. Estimated total delivery is 11–17 business days (3–5 processing plus 8–12 transit). These are estimates and not guarantees; customs, carrier delays and weather can extend them. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because you supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping is payable by you.

5. Returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

6. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can using information supplied by our manufacturing partner. Colors can appear different between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between units. Where a technical detail such as a fabric composition appears on a product page, it is the information our supplier has provided to us.

Product images show the item for sale. We do not use images of a different product to represent an item.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it by automated means without our permission, or to submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

8. Intellectual property

The Cheer Marketz name, site design, text and layout belong to PORTER FULFILLMENT LLC. You may not reproduce any of it commercially without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
